Deep tissue massage may feel intense at times, but it shouldn’t be painful. Let us know if you need us to ease the pressure—your comfort is our priority.

2 . How often should I visit to see recovery?

For recovery, visiting weekly or bi-weekly works best. For general relaxation and wellness, once every 3-4 weeks is perfect.

3. What should I expect for my first session?

We’ll start by chatting about your needs, and then guide you through a customised session designed just for you. Relax and enjoy—you’re in good hands.

4. What should I wear for my massage?

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. You’ll be covered with a cozy sheet, and for clothed massages, loose, comfortable clothing works great.

5. Can I eat before my massage?

A light snack about an hour before is fine. Try to avoid heavy meals so you can fully relax.

6. Can I get a massage if I have a medical condition?

Yes, but please share any health concerns with us. We’ll work with you and your doctor (if needed) to ensure your safety.
